Seeing your photos make me realize how much I've missed them lately.

Beautiful animals.

My friends and I had the joy of watching a bird mom and dad (can't remember the species) protect their just-born babes on the horseback riding ring. We had to get off our horses for fear of hurting them. The daddy bird actually led them to an adjacent pasture. Amazing how they walked the same day they were born-within hours.

Boy did we wish we had a camera!

EnJoy your getaway!

How did you ever get that shot with the three ducks - did you photo shop it? Sorry, I know you didn't

Grayquill said...

I figured it out - that little mutt of a dog, is it Frank's or is it yours? killed the three ducks and Frank hung a fishing weight to there heads and then posed the picture. Sorrry, I know, I know, that was GQ being bad again.

Indrani said...

Great series of shots and such a perfect timing in the last shot. :)
